State of `master` (and pre-releases 1.0.17 and 1.0.18)?

Hi! 👋

I noticed that the two most recent releases — 1.0.17 and 1.0.18 — are both marked as pre-releases. I'd like to understand if there are any known issues that was introduced past 1.0.16. Asked differently: If someone cut release 1.0.19 off master today and marked it as non-pre-release, would there any known regressions to be expected to current users of 1.0.16?

No, there are no know issues as far as I know. It's just a mistake that those are pre-releases.
