`/packages` github/npm links/buttons are way too small

As you can see the size for these buttons are 14x14 both mobile and desktop, these are simply too small to accurately press on touch devices (my thumb alone is double that size!)

We should adhere to the WCAG spec for this: https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Understanding/target-size-minimum.html

TL;DR: 24x24, preferably a little bit bigger than that as it's still small but willing to compromise.
