docs: document Netlify publish adapter option

The Netlify adapter now selects its output directory using the publish option, but the documentation still described reading it from netlify.toml.

This PR documents the publish and its build default alongside the other adapter options, include it in the usage example, and remove the outdated netlify.toml guidance.
