Migration guide improvement: no mention of `segment` equivalent in svelte kit

Describe the bug

In Sapper, layout components received a segment prop (described here) but this doesn't seem to exist anymore in svelte-kit. It would be nice to flag this in the migration guide and describe what the svelte-kit equivalent is.
