npx sv migrate sveltekit-3 edge case: resolve('/') should be kept as is

As titled. resolve('/') should be kept as is. Right now, the migration script change it to resolve(''), leading to TypeScript error.

For me resolve('/') is a typescript error instead: Argument of type '["/"]' is not assignable to parameter of type '[route: "/(tabler)"] | ... ' — probably because I have the root page under a /(tabler)/ subdirectory.
