This will

  • rename the help text where the name of the log is wrong
  • fix the input arguments in situations where we do not have a distributed monitoring. Otherwise we get a 'Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused' error on localhost and port 443.

Fix aquiring lock by multiple processes

Fix situation where multiple processes try to acquire lock at the same time. Acquire now has 10 attempts with a waiting time of 1 second each.
