Here are the changes:

`README.md`

Changed the install instructions slightly to
- Use a more standard env location
- To mention windows
- To remove an extra "`"
Added more detail on running the jupyter and R code

`.gitignore`

Added the standard python ignore file from github
Added the standard R ignore file from github

`requirements.txt`

Removed re and pickle because they are part of the std-lib
Added jupyterlab to requirements


          Made some small changes to the README etc. for setup
