[chore/docs] Various little docs updates #2691

Some small little docs updates:

Make the "not implemented yet" warning on the migration panel more explicit.
Remove the FAQ entry for the "not passed" warning since it's not relevant anymore.
Update the API docs description, add warnings about filename ([bug] POST /api/v1/admin/custom_emojis does not work without a filename #2641) and tip for authentication.
