Crash when cutting object

What happened?

Attempting to cut https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5535182/ results in a crash, regardless of object orientation or cut position.

superslicer: /usr/src/debug/superslicer/SuperSlicer/src/libslic3r/TriangleMeshSlicer.cpp:2269: void Slic3r::cut_mesh(const indexed_triangle_set&, float, indexed_triangle_set*, indexed_triangle_set*, bool): Assertion `num_open_edges_new <= num_open_edges_old' failed.

Thread 1 "slic3r_main" received signal SIGABRT, Aborted.

1. Import the .stl from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5535182/files
2. Click the 'cut' button
3. Select 'perform cut'

How did you get your executable?
It seems compiled with debug flags, it's slow and has extra checks that shouldn't be emmitted in a release, like this one.

This error means that the cut on this model has encountered some problem, but these will be resolved later.

Still, thank you for this edge-case for the cut tool. Can be usfeull as a test.

I used the superslicer-debug package from arch linux. This happens with the regular package as well.
