When dumping BD-100 discs with more than about 44,000,000 sectors, the progress percentage suddenly goes back to 0% at roughly 43 million sectors dumped and starts counting back up from there.
Exact percentages displayed vary with how much larger than 43 million sectors the disc is, but when the dump ends, it usually shows around 2-10% instead of the expected 100%.
I can reliably replicate this behavior with any PS5 or 4K-UHD Video BD with more than 44 million sectors.
This issue is purely cosmetic. The dump itself is 100% correct.
