v11.0.1 brings stability to v11.0.0. This should now be safe to deploy to the Supabase platform.

New Supabase projects now have PostgREST v11.1! There will be announcement next week.

There might be a better way but I just paused and unpaused my instance to upgrade the version.

@jiyuu-jin actually, that is the way. I found it in the supabase docs and it worked after pausing/resuming the project.
