random_pick.py Script to pick n random samples in a population from an EIGENSTRAT-formatted file (cf. https://reich.hms.harvard.edu/software/InputFileFormats).

liftover.py Script to update the genetic coordinates of markers from an EIGENSTRAT file using a user-given genetic map (can be used for any organism).

admixfrog2eigenstrate.py Script to convert AdmixFrog output to an EIGENSTRAT file.
