Model 804 ModCellVMinCell has wrong unit and scaling #255
Description
ModCellVMinCell should be the index of the cell with the min voltage. The xml and the json schemas both define the unit V and a scaling factor CellV_SF. ModCellVMaxCell is correct though, so it's only the min cell ID that has this issue.
