  Asalaam malaikum wa rahmatullahi webarakatu, my name is Irfan and I an experience designer and AI Researcher that previously build an ibadah web app called "Firdaws" that pockets of muslims used across the US alhamdulillah

• Your purpose in using this API:
  I am currently rebuilding this app and I have added natural language processing ability in tensorflow to connect Muslims to the right dua at this time and I am now building a question answering functionality and want to make sure I use legitimate sources and sunnah.com was the first on my mind Allahumma barik.

• API rate limits:

  • Maximum requests per second:
    I am not sure of the maximum requests at this time based on the usage of the Firdaws app and the initial test demographic of 5,000 muslims I would say at most 50 a second and 1,000 a day inshaAllah ta'ala
  • Maximum requests per day:

• Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?

If I could have a JSON dump of hadith data from sunnah.com, that would be amazing. However if that is not available, I will use the API if granted inshaAllah tabarak wa ta'ala

• What are the languages in which would you like hadith data?

English, arabic, and transliteration.

• What programming language will your API client be in?

My application is currently built in javascript.
