This module implements a dataset class for PTB-XL electrocardiography data, a large publicly available
ECG dataset. The dataset contains 12-lead ECG recordings from 18,885 patients with various cardiac
abnormalities. It provides functionality to load, process, and split the data for training and
evaluation of ECG classification models.
