Add support for new FFB file type

A new superior file type for comics and ebooks was released. Here's a link to the Reddit thread and Github pages. There is no native support for this file type anywhere and I would like Sumatrapdf to be an early adopter. Then I can convert everything to FFB and use your software.

There are dozens of related file types not used but unless MuPDF support them it is unlikely to be of wide usage,

1. JPX has many issues over the years and that is several decades old
2. and if a newer format as old as Googles Brotli has taken more than a decade to only just now establish itself as worth using in compressed PDF or CBZ
3. and JXL is still not accepted Add support for JXL (JPEG XL) format #1943

then why would a new one in development with teething problems be acceptable ?
the exe does not run without other dependencies thus needs many support files to run on windows, This is just the first of many

but for comics I have found WebP is currently good enough see sample at #1922 (comment)

1. There is a portable version in release v3. The first releases were mostly experimental, and I didn't expect to get as much attention as I did. I'd strongly encourage you to check out the repository now. I have completely rewritten everything from scratch and provided a formal specification if you'd like to implement it.

The problems are fixed, as of the latest release. If you find other bugs, I'll gladly fix them. Also, those are problems in the muxer, so it's not even part of BBF's library, it's just an implementation that uses the library. The functions from the library work just fine. Anyways, it's fixed now and it works just fine if I take it from computer to computer.

Finally, JXL doesn't necessarily need to be supported, it's just a hint to the reader so it knows what decoding library to choose. BBF also supports WebP.

The developer coming in person was a surprise. Hopefully the implemented fixes will put this file type up for consideration.

@ef1500 the code is reasonably small. Would you like to try to submit PR integrating bbf support into Sumatra?

Except I just changed things and instead of using go you need bun and run bun cmd/premake.bun to re-generate visual studio files after changing premake files.
