Provide Docs users with a template library they can create their own documents from.

As a plus, we also worked on a generic Windows installation script that ease the process to get Docs work on our platform.

Yes that was the right process.
In the meantime @AntoLC has looked at what you did and taken a stab at it as we needed it for a while.
It's almost ready now suitenumerique/docs#1078
