[URGENT] unintentional drag & drop on touch screen

Problematic behavior
When trying to scroll the list view on touch screen, we keep our figer on the screen and it makes an unintentional drag and drop.
This can result in a document being shared to people of another document.

Expected behavior/code
Drag and drop of a document inside another document must be intentional at all cost.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On mobile go to list view
2. Try to scroll keeping your finger long enough on the screen
3. drag & drop is triggered

When DND on a list, I am quite used to that the DND is possible only when we long press on the Drag icon on the left, so it should not impact too much the page scroll so.

I propose removing the drag-and-drop feature on mobile to avoid this deceptive effect. I find the long-press and drag interaction unsatisfactory for several reasons: it’s difficult to drag and drop over long distances on mobile, the button and action are not very intuitive, it takes up horizontal space (leaving less room to display the title), and the display differs from the desktop version, among other issues.

I suggest implementing a document move modal (similar to the one in Drive below) accessible via the "..." menu fairly quickly.

To summarize:

• Short term: Remove the drag-and-drop feature on mobile
• Medium term: Implement a move modal on both desktop and mobile
