Tag releases for repos crucial to operation of People's Open Network

Hey! Let's start tagging releases for all our important repos. We already do it for sudowrt-firmware, but here's a list of other repos I think we should start tagging with stable release:

makenode - https://github.com/sudomesh/makenode
peoplesopen-dash - https://github.com/sudomesh/peoplesopen-dash
exitnode - https://github.com/sudomesh/exitnode
tunneldigger - https://github.com/sudomesh/tunneldigger
ubi-flasher - https://github.com/sudomesh/ubi-flasher

I think this bug also raises a bigger question, what does a stable release of the People's Open Network look like? What should be tested? What equipment do you need? How should you set it up? Do we need a mesh test bed?

I opened this makenode PR which you skillfully avoided commenting on :-P sudomesh/makenode#27

I believe @gobengo wrote some things about testing to a wiki here https://github.com/sudomesh/makenode/wiki/Proposal:-Stable-Releases#proposal-separate-master-branch-from-releases but I haven't looked at it yet :-/

Will try to take stabs at ideas towards your bigger questions soon. I have a hunch it will serve us well to start simply (i.e. w/ a manual testing readme and maybe some scripts) a la @jhpoelen's patches.
