Toggle now always enters Insert mode since commit c5055541a61e — no way to disable it

Since commit c5055541a61ee81992d2b39d4e5c666eda9dfdb9, the toggle action automatically switches to Insert mode when opening the input window.

Previously, it was possible to toggle without entering Insert mode, but now this happens every time, and there seems to be no configuration option to disable or change this behavior.

👉 Question: Is there any way to keep the previous behavior (toggle without entering Insert mode)?

This is definitely a bug. I will have a look at it.
