Add command "variant cycle" and model variant indicator

Thank you for plugin, it's a great work.

Opencode has "Variant cycle" command in command pallete (ctrl+p) that allows to cycle through different model variants. For example: low, medium, high, xhigh for openai models. There is also model variant indicator. Both are on screenshot below.

It would be great to have both in the neovim plugin.
