On that note, it'd be nice if there'd be a github group for the SMC members as well. I assume, at least, that would allow people to @ the entire group when a vote is needed.

There is now a github group for SMC members: @substrait-io/admin
This doesn't allow for emailing, though, for things that someone may feel uncomfortable about reporting in public.

Should we use the harassment@substrait.io address from the website for ????
Though, as we discovered this morning that address can't receive emails.

substrait-harassment@googlegroups.com now exists.
Since we are working on governance I figured it would be a good time to add a
code of conduct. To start with I aimed for the relevant bits from ASF and
Wikimedia. I highly encourage others to contribute here and help add things
they feel we should cover.
