The decimal point in the vote overview is highly confusing and doesnt bring any value.

No one cares about fraction of a vote in voting systems which end with a tally of 80m to 70m votes. Just remove it to substantially decrease the amount of heart attacks people get when they open the page.
Use cases
Pretty simple. Make it more easily readable and remove useless information for quality of life change for users. If its somehow relevant you can make it hoverable and show the decimals. But lets be honest. No one cares.
