Evaluation guidance now connects observed failures to specific checks, separates targeted coverage from production-rate estimates, and checks deterministic evaluators against independent expected results. The changes use the existing method and standalone packages.
Validation: full repository gate, generated-package consistency, release contents review. No runtime or dependency changes.
