Outcome

Consolidate repeated record-access and CLI fallback instructions in the shared task context. Preserve standalone use, privacy preflight, permitted fallbacks and authority requirements. Regenerate the standalone copies and synchronize release metadata for 5.2.1.

Evidence

Shared task-context text decreases from 1,029 to 974 whitespace-separated words. This is instruction-size reduction, not a measured model-token or task-performance claim. Independent review found no lost privacy or authority requirement.

Impact and recovery

All task skills receive the same canonical clarification. No CLI behavior, dependencies, data formats or migrations change. Reverting the instructions or using 5.2.0 restores the prior text; no customer records are changed by this release.

Checks

  • npm run check passes (509 tests).
  • Generated packages match the canonical references.
  • Package contents and diff checked for unintended files.
  • No client records, credentials or private work artifacts included.
