XR-Orign (XR Origin Hands (XR Rig) Variant) as the top of the Rig

STYLY XR Rig is the top GameObject of the Rig, and XR-Orign (XR Origin Hands (XR Rig) Variant) is attached under the STYLY XR Rig now.

However, when creator wants to move the position of a local user, XR-Orign should be moved. It is a bit complicating. We should consider making XR-Orign (XR Origin Hands (XR Rig) Variant) as the top of the Rig and rename it to STYLY XR Rig .

• Locomotion should stick control, not telport
• Better not to fall under y=0 without floor gameobject

WASD controlling feature in Editor mode would be convenient. (It should not conflict with XR device simulator)
