Python3 version of v0.2

All features and functionality are identical to v0.2-beta.

• Initial release of working code.
• Uses only Python2 built-in functionality
• Generates a simple m3u8 playlist file
• Rudimentary error handling
• Must be re-run every 4 hours to get new valid token from server
