Allow CardForm to accept postalCode status and default country code

We need to able to pass countryCode and postalCode status when calling CardForm component. This will make life lots easier for us. Thank you.

I'm sorry I meant, allowing us send postcode when mounting the CardForm. For example; on my app I already collect customer's postcode before heading to payment page. Also all member (logged in user) got default delivery address in their account, so heading to payment page, passing default postal code to formElement will save customer to enter it again.
