Motivation

Upgrade pulsar go client to latest and golang to 1.25

Modifications

• Upgrade golang to 1.25
• Upgrade golangci-lint to 2.7.2 to make it compatible with golang 1.25
• Fix some lint issues that are checked from the golangci-lint 2.7.2
• Upgrade pulsar-client-go to the latest master version
• Adapt beaking changes introduced from Use -1 as sentinel value for namespace and topic admin commands apache/pulsar-client-go#1430 and Support reloading OAuth2 key file apache/pulsar-client-go#1441
