[docs] Update parameters info in the `reference-configuration` file

Parameters, description and the default values are completed in the code; however, the docs are not updated accordingly.

There are more missing parameters in the docs when checking the broker.conf and standalone.conf files. Maybe it's better to automate the content with some tool.
