[NEW CONTENT] Detail the limitations of sessions & concurrency with agents #480

We don't explicitly call out that sessions are supposed to be 1:1 with an agent/conversation and that session-management is designed around that. Specifically we should guide folks on:
- That conversations should be 1:1 with an agent
- That agents are cheap to instantiate
- The need for distributed locking when an agent could be triggered twice (e.g. lambda) for a single sesion-id
