Config Value for max health #68

Just suggesting adding the max health value to the config file. Other mods may edit the maximum health value and being able to change it (even if only after a restart) would be very useful. cross compatibility would be the "ideal" solution, but would likely take too much work on your and various other mod maker's sides. I (believe) this should be very quick to implement and I'd try to do it myself if I knew unity, lol.
