[BUG] Skill Oxygen log spam

Describe the bug
Disabling the Extra Oxygen skill spams this error message into the logs.
[Info :Lethal Progression] Skill Oxygen is not in the skill list!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Disable Oxygen Upgrade.
2. Get into a game.
3. See error.

I think skill oxygen isn't in the skill list but that's just my hunch
