Add way to view configured CodeChecks

Problem(s) this feature will solve

It is not very clear in the VSCode extension to know which CodeCheck checks are active. I indicated it runs the background configuration, but I think he is right that there is nowhere which showing this information within VSCode.

A list view of which checks are currently selected and running in the background

Yeah, I agree. Right now, I edit the CodeCheck config JSON file if I want to add or remove any checks.
