Update to use fparser 0.0.2

fparser 0.0.2 has been released. One of the changes is that the Select class has now been replaced (from a user's perspective) by SelectCase and SelectType. This breaks fgenerator because it still uses Select. I've fixed the issue in the PSyclone source for the time being (see stfc/PSyclone@ac0fb17) but this fix needs to be brought over into this project.
