Version 3.3.0 is broken. The twig function tinymce_init is not autoloaded anymore

Version 3.3.0 is broken. The twig function tinymce_init is not autoloaded anymore. During the conversion from XML to YAML services the service tag was dropped so the twig extension isn't loaded anymore.

Suffered from the same.
As workaround adding the contents of v3.2.0...v3.3.0#diff-7fe7fec01eb0d7135e3bdf1af19ae7c59da67393a3693a71f97070d94bb8e1a0 manually to the app config solves this.
So the yaml file is not loaded as expected. Renaming to services.yaml also works but maybe that's autoloading magic and not the actual fix?
