Unequal lengths and grid size for box #64
Description
Allowing the simulation box to have unequal length and resolution on each side can be very useful, since many times the target light cone will have very different sizes on the transverse and radial direction. It seems that the majority of the code actually already supports that, such as dft and get_power. The only changes needed are in the powerbox module.
