1. Pull twitter feeds with twitter parser (done just need to integrate it) 2. Cache twitter feeds locally with timestamp (committed)
2. Determine if a request is a cache hit (within 15 minutes of requesting)
3. Coordinate sessions with BridgesClient
4. Data passing with bridges client
5. Cache user data after they have manipulated it
6. Display cached user data via D3.js
