I have a quick question about the number of assigned locations that should exist in the output file. My understanding was that for every sample you were trying to assign, there should be 200 locations (100 burn-in and 100 iterations) in the output file if you run SCAT using default settings. My file contains considerably more (> 11000). Was I misunderstanding something? Also, this file has an acceptance rate at the bottom of it. Any idea what a good acceptance rate should be?
Lastly, on one of my runs, I received a warning (Warning: INFO = 7). What does each warning mean?
Thanks so much.

sorry it's a long time since i used the software so
it might take a little while to help.
what exact command did you use?
The INFO warning is likely to do with a matrix inversion routine,
possibly a matrix being close to singular. Maybe
some of the sampling locations are very close together?
