On OpenBSD systems, LC_MONETARY cannot be set to anything other than "", "C" or "POSIX".
As such, I've added a way to specify the currency and frac_digits using:
SHOP_CURRENCY_FRAC_DIGITS
SHOP_CURRENCY_SYMBOL
