Add a link from rpc.getTransaction to the transaction dashboard #1891

What problem does your feature solve?
The featured added in the transaction dashboard is amazing! But my go to place to debug a transaction was the rpc.getTransaction page, and I was expecting to find the debugger there.
What would you like to see?
Add a link to transaction dashboard with hash prepopulated, so users can discover this feature from the rpc.getTransaction](https://lab.stellar.org/endpoints/rpc/get-transaction) page.
What alternatives are there?
Another possibility is adding this debugger component to rpc.getTransaction rather than directing users to a different page.
