* Ensure that Horizon's [invocation](https://github.com/stellar/go/blob/master/services/horizon/internal/integration/invokehostfunction_test.go) and [SAC tests](https://github.com/stellar/go/blob/master/services/horizon/internal/integration/sac_test.go) use / validate the new type
