Add more context to Sentry errors #2304
Description
When some hooks throw errors, like fetchData in useAccountBalances, Sentry isn't receiving the Error's cause. The cause value needs to be concatenated into a string before sending to Sentry. Let's do that so we can have more context when a user runs into issues.
