Clean the quote asset fields when creating a new bot

Desired Behavior

While using the Kelp UI, the quote asset code fields are prefilled with mock data (COUPON and a key). Not sure if this is useful to users. I'd suggest leaving it blank and if some data example is needed, use the HTML placeholder property.
