Headless mode does not accept redirect url

I'm using headless mode with --manual flag, but when I'm pasting redirect URL back to terminal nothing happens. I'm running this from Raspberry PI 5.

@jmodrako I am experiencing the same. I also tried without --manual and created a tunnel from my mac to the pi, which allowed me to get to the authentication screen, but it did not store the tokens. @steipete any ideas?

I tried a workaround by installing gog locally on my mac, and running the gog auth add ... processes locally. I was able to export the tokens, scp them to the pi but then hit a blocker when I tried to import and it just hangs.

Additional information (though likely not for this issue): I also tried changing the keyring to both file and keychain and I installed gnome-keyring on the pi.

@byronrode The hanging gog auth tokens import issue should be fixed by #51.

What was happening: On headless Linux (like your Raspberry Pi), the keyring library tries to connect to D-Bus SecretService. If gnome-keyring is installed but not running, this connection hangs indefinitely.

The fix: PR #51 adds two layers of protection:

1. Detects missing DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS and automatically uses file backend (no hang)
2. Timeout fallback (5 seconds) for edge cases where D-Bus is set but unresponsive

Workaround (until merged): You can unblock yourself now by setting:

export GOG_KEYRING_BACKEND=file
export GOG_KEYRING_PASSWORD=yourpassword
gog auth tokens import /tmp/gog-tokens-br.json

@steipete FYI - the timeout fallback has a documented goroutine leak (the goroutine waiting on keyring.Open() can't be cancelled). This is acceptable for a CLI since the process exits on this error, but noted in case you want to consider alternatives. The D-Bus detection handles 99% of cases cleanly without any leak.

Nicely done @salmonumbrella - similar approach to what I worked on yesterday (had something else come up that took priority).

I'll revert to the packaged version once it's merged. Currently running my patched version. It works with file backend only, as I couldn't get gnome-keyring to run reliably on the pi.
