This minimally updates your license to make it easier to use your library. Because of your changes from the standard text and conventions, we were forced to go through an internal legal review by our corporate lawyer. I hope to save others from the same.
You are the "copyright holder" so replacing with "the author" makes no meaningful change. But, it meant our lawyer insisted on carefully reviewing the rest of the text to be sure you hadn't changed the license (from a legal perspective). Also, our lawyer's feedback was that "All Rights Reserved" is not needed under copyright law. I left it out but I don't think it matters a ton. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_rights_reserved
