Follow up: ##20730

Reproduction

1. Create a new User 1.
2. Connect the device to a 4G network (settings: Wi-Fi only for sync/backup).
3. User 2 sends an invite to the community.
4. User 1 tries to join the community.

Expected behavior

A screen or popup with information explaining that the user needs to enable Wi-Fi to fetch the community data.

Actual behavior

A screen appears with the text "Failed to fetch community," which is not informative for the user on a 4G network.
