No sign that history is fetching for public chats which appeared after pairing and it takes >5 mins

Bug Report

Problem

When public chat appears in chat list via syncing with another device, it shows 'It's been quit here for 0 hours' for a long time, so chat history is not fetched instantly like it is fetched after joining.
This state is preserved in chat view for 5-10 mins or until relogin.

Expected behavior

chat history is fetched like it should after joining chat via +

Actual behavior

Reproduction

1. Open Status
2. Pair device A and device B
3. From device A: join public chat with some history (i.e. #status)
4. From device B: pay attention to chat in chat history
