"Fetch more messages" is shown for already fetched messages after clearing history in all chats

Bug Report

Problem

If all history was fetched from mailservers (or some previous history was fetched) after clearing history you'll see "Fetch more until" yesterday, which is wrong as all this history was cleared.

Expected behavior

"Fetch history until" is corresponding fetched history (or not shown if it is not available)

Actual behavior

"Fetch history until yesterday" (24h) button

Reproduction

More visible when set "Sync history for 1 month"

1. Open Status, join public chat
2. Fetch all history
3. Clear history
