Loading DApp takes too long (white screen for ~15 sec) while same DApp loads in browser in 1 sec

Type: Bug

Summary:

1. On loading DApp white screen is shown for long time (15 sec). After this DApp loads. For bchat no boards are shown. If try to open same DApp in the browser then it loads in ~1 sec, so it does not look like a slow internet connection. If close and open Status again then DApps are loaded OK.
